The initial consultation will give us the opportunity to meet and spend some time to discuss what your main concerns are that brought you to seek therapy. You can talk about your story and expectations. You can also ask questions about how I work, so that we can both consider a way forward.
If we decide we would like to work together, we can discuss practicalities like how often to meet, length of therapy, fees, holidays and absences, cancellation policy etc. Then, we can make arrangements for the on-going meetings.
