This first talk will give us an opportunity to discuss the main concerns that brought you to seek therapy. You can tell me your story, give me your expectations and also ask any questions you might have about how I work, so we can both consider the best way forward.
If we decide we would like to work together we will discuss practicalities like how often to meet, the number of therapy sessions we'll agree on, fees and my cancellation policy. Then we can make practical arrangements for beginning on-going appointments.
